Capitalising on our partnership with OpenAI, and a lack of search functionality in our BILD app, I saw an opportunity to integrate AI into our product with a concrete use case that would not only solve a real problem for the user, but drive innovation and expand upon the business goal of increasing conversations with the user via trending topic interactive prompts.
